Brightwood offers wonderful and extensive services through our onsite Registered Nursing team, as well as through our partnership with Avila Home Care (avilahomecare.com). Our Brightwood RN’s offer such services as health and dietary consultations, simple wound care, vital checks, wellness clinics, medication management and flu clinics. All of these services, and more, are included with your monthly condo fee.
Avila is a community of Caregivers dedicated to providing everything you and your loved one needs to thrive in their home. This esteemed local agency has received rave reviews and was awarded the prestigious award “Best in Home Care-Provider of Choice” from the independent home care research firm Home Care Pulse. This award was based upon Client Satisfaction Surveys of over 2,000 home care agencies nationwide. Avila provides free assessments by registered nurses in your home. They will create a customized care plan with a flexible schedule and no long term commitment. You can have as little as 2 hours a day of help and as much as 24 hours. Best of all, the care takes place in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
